"Just Add Tomatoes"  Linditas' Instant Salsa Mix

 

 

Ibarra Green Chile

 

2lbs Pork Butt or Pork Loin
Garlic
Salt
Jalapenos
 
Cut up the Pork into bite size pieces add tablespoon of oil or lard into a cooking pan. 
Turn the heat on med-high and cook the pork until thoroughly browned.
While cooking add garlic and salt to taste.
After the pork is browned transfer to a larger pan.
Add roasted peeled jalapeno to taste (chopped fine).
Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water.
Bring to boil and cover pan, simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
 
You have now made the Ibarra Green Chile.  Enjoy!
