2lbs Pork Butt or Pork
Loin
Garlic
Salt
Jalapenos
Cut up the Pork into
bite size pieces add tablespoon of oil or lard into a cooking pan.
Turn the heat on med-high and cook the pork until thoroughly browned. While cooking add garlic and salt to taste. After the pork is browned transfer to a larger pan. Add roasted peeled jalapeno to taste (chopped fine). Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil and cover pan, simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You have now made the
Ibarra Green Chile. Enjoy!
