Fruit Ceviche
1 mango
1 half fresh pineapple
1 half cantaloupe
1 papaya
1 pint strawberries
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 tequila flamed to remove alcohol
1/4 agave nectar or honey
Sorbet or ice cream
Finely dice all the fruit into uniform pieces. Combine with
the orange juice, tequila and agave nectar. Chill for several hours. Serve in a
wine glass with a scoop of fruit sorbet or ice cream.
