"Just Add Tomatoes"  Linditas' Instant Salsa Mix

 

 

Ceviche


4 AVOCADOS
1 SMALL RED ONION
4 JALAPENOS
1 FRESH LEMON
2 FRESH LIMES
2 lb. PRECOOKED MEDIUM SHRIMP
1 BUNCH OF CILANTRO
2 QUARTS OF "Clamato" JUICE

Rinse shrimp under cold water in colander, set aside.
Empty clamato juice into bowl.
Dice onion and jalapenos (dispose of seeds in jalapenos) and place in pan with juice.
Chop cilantro and add to juice.
Dice avocados
Add fresh lemon and lime juice to mixture
Add salt to taste

Additional hot sauce can be added to make hotter (or try Lindita's Salsa!)
Chill and serve in a margarita glass with a slice of fresh lime.
